Semadur capacita Guardas Civis da Patrulha Ambiental para atuarem em apoio às fiscalizações ambientais – CGNotícias
Com o propósito de fortalecer a atuação da Patrulha Ambiental do Município, a Prefeitura de Campo Grande, por meio da Secretaria Municipal de Meio Ambiente e Gestão Urbana (Semadur) iniciou um novo ciclo de capacitações destinado aos Guardas Civis Metropolitanos (GCM) que participam de ações de fiscalização municipal no âmbito ambiental. A capacitação irá auxiliar na aplicação das medidas administrativas e prevê conhecimentos sobre a Legislação Ambiental aplicável, medição sonora – teórica e prática, e ações fiscalizatórias. Serão capacitados 31 GCM. O evento faz parte das ações previstas no Termo de Cooperação Técnica entre a Semadur e a Secretaria Especial de Segurança e Defesa Social (Sesdes).
O gestor da Patrulha Ambiental, GCM Giulliano Albuquerque Lopes, explicou que, por meio do Termo de Cooperação e do curso, o trabalho será realizado com maior eficiência. “O curso vem agregar à Patrulha Ambiental; é uma capacitação que esperávamos há oito anos. E a partir de agora, nossas equipes poderão autuar efetivamente imóveis ou empresas denunciadas por irregularidades ambientais. Com a capacitação, poderemos realmente fiscalizar o cumprimento da legislação ambiental”.
Para a secretária municipal de Meio Ambiente e Gestão Urbana, Kátia Sarturi, a capacitação profissional promove uma cultura de aprendizado contínuo. “Investir na capacitação e no desenvolvimento dos servidores públicos é uma estratégia crucial para garantir o aprimoramento das habilidades e conhecimentos desses profissionais, proporcionando assim um resultado mais efetivo à população”.
“Com este curso oferecido e a ampliação do convênio de cooperação, a cidade e os munícipes ficam mais protegidos, pois a GCM e a Patrulha Ambiental atuam nas ruas de Campo Grande 24 horas. Anteriormente, o trabalho da Patrulha Ambiental era de apoio operacional aos agentes de fiscalização; nesta nova fase, o Guarda que atua na Patrulha Ambiental, por meio do curso oferecido, poderá ser um agente fiscalizador habilitado a emitir notificações e aplicar procedimentos administrativos. Dessa forma, o cidadão campo-grandense é quem ganha; esse é o foco da Guarda Civil Metropolitana: a proteção do município e dos munícipes”, destacou o secretário especial de Segurança e Defesa Social, Anderson Gonzaga.
A superintendente de meio ambiente da Semadur, Gisseli Giraldelli, ressaltou a relevância da Patrulha Ambiental. “Nossa cidade tem vocação para ter qualidade ambiental, conseguindo coexistir com nossa fauna. Isso demonstra o quanto nossa missão atual, de proteger o meio ambiente, é importante. Com a participação da Patrulha nas fiscalizações, estaremos presentes em mais locais coibindo a degradação ambiental”.
Convênio
A Patrulha Ambiental atua desde 2016, através de convênio entre a Semadur e a Sesdes, e já realizou diversas ações na repressão a crimes contra o meio ambiente, com patrulhamento e rondas preventivas no município de Campo Grande, aplicando medidas educativas e administrativas decorrentes de atos lesivos à limpeza urbana, poluição sonora e conscientização para preservação de áreas públicas e ambientais.
