Musicoterapia anima os pacientes do Hospital Iguassú Maternidade Mariana Bulhões
Em comemoração ao Dia Mundial da Voz, celebrado em 16 de abril, a apresentação desta segunda-feira (15) ficou por conta da cantora Ana Lívia Almeida, de 18 anos, que atua há cerca de um ano com música em hospitais. Diagnosticada com TDAH (Transtorno de Déficit de Atenção com Hiperatividade), ela contou que a música é essencial em sua vida, pois uma das formas que encontrou de se regular emocionalmente é cantando. E foi assim, no estilo voz e violão, que Ana chamou a atenção das pacientes e funcionárias do Hospital Iguassú Maternidade Mariana Bulhões, oferecendo uma tarde de emoção e conforto através das canções. Ela visitou os setores de internação de longo período das gestantes, a recepção e os quartos das mães que acabaram de ganhar bebês.
“A receptividade é sempre muito maravilhosa. É muito satisfatório ver como os pacientes ficam felizes em receber a canção e o sentimento que isso gera neles”, ressalta Ana Lívia.
Internada desde o dia 31 de março, Ana Cristina de Souza Freitas, de 42 anos, foi uma das gestantes transferidas da Maternidade Mariana Bulhões, em Moquetá, para o Hospital Iguassú, no Centro. Com 30 semanas de idade gestacional, ela revela que a música se tornou uma alternativa para lidar com este momento complicado de saúde.
“Acho que é importante para a saúde da paciente ter esse carinho. Eu fico muito feliz e grata em saber que existem pessoas dispostas a ter esse sentimento de carinho com o próximo”, contou emocionada a paciente, que completou 42 anos nesta segunda-feira e ganhou uma canção de ‘parabéns para você’. “Foi ótimo, obrigado”
Já Júlia e Silva Nunes Santiago, de 22 anos, que está prestes a dar à luz a sua primeira filha, reforçou a importância da música e o poder da voz em transmitir mensagens de aconchego e tranquilidade para as pacientes.
“Estamos aflitas, ansiosas e esperando por nove meses o nascimento de um bebê que vamos conhecer daqui a pouco. Então ter um projeto desse é fundamental para manter a tranquilidade e saber que existe um olhar humano e acolhedor no hospital para ajudar essas mães. Todo conforto é necessário neste momento”, ressalta.
O projeto de musicoterapia é feito por voluntários com experiência de atuação em hospitais, com foco no acolhimento humanizado. Os músicos trazem instrumentos, conforme as determinações internas, e visitam os setores fazendo apresentações que incluem um repertório variado de canções, como a MPB (música popular brasileira), gospel, ou alguma outra específica que o paciente peça. As visitas acontecem pelo menos duas vezes por mês.
“Além dos benefícios terapêuticos, a música também pode melhorar o quadro de saúde de cada paciente, reduzindo o tempo de internação, promovendo a interação social e a aceitação aos tratamentos, oferecendo um ambiente tranquilo e acolhedor”, destaca o secretário municipal de Saúde de Nova Iguaçu, Luiz Carlos Nobre Cavalcanti.
Emoção no HGNI
Pela manhã, Ana Lívia visitou o HGNI, onde encontrou um público em tratamento para problemas de saúde. Na unidade, ela percorreu os setores de enfermaria, cantando para os pacientes internados e seus acompanhantes, e na sala de alta, onde as pessoas aguardavam seus familiares para voltarem à sua rotina após um período de internação.
Uma das pessoas que elogiou a apresentação e o projeto foi a aposentada Solange Vasconcellos, de 60 anos, que é acompanhante de José Vaz, de 94 anos, seu tio. A música veio como uma mensagem de força para ela, que está enfrentando este momento difícil de internação do seu parente, junto com o apoio de sua família.
“A música é sempre muito inspiradora. Ela nos deixa mais tranquila, ameniza a nossa dor, dá esperança, principalmente essa canção evangélica que toca meu coração. Eu estou muito emocionada”, conta Solange.
Durante esse primeiro ano de projeto de musicoterapia, o HGNI e a antiga Maternidade Mariana Bulhões já receberam apresentações desde a voz e violão, saxofone, trompete, a samba, pagode e até mesmo músicas de escola de samba.
