Governador e ministra argentina discutem projetos e reforço de comércio bilateral
Tarcísio de Freitas recebe Diana Mondino no Palácio dos Bandeirantes; corrente comercial entre Argentina e SP soma mais de US$ 8 bilhões
O governador Tarcísio de Freitas recebeu nesta terça-feira (16) a ministra das Relações Exteriores, Comércio Internacional e Culto da Argentina, Diana Elena Mondino, no Palácio dos Bandeirantes. No encontro, eles conversaram sobre projetos de infraestrutura e energia e o fortalecimento de parcerias comerciais, empresariais e de integração.
“Estamos acompanhando com bastante entusiasmo a condução da política econômica na Argentina, que já alcançou resultados relevantes. Temos uma importante relação comercial de mais de US$ 8 bilhões. Quando a Argentina vai bem, o Brasil e o estado de São Paulo também ganham”, afirmou Tarcísio.
O encontro também teve a participação do secretário-chefe da Casa Civil, Arthur Lima, e do secretário de Negócios Internacionais, Lucas Ferraz. São Paulo é o estado brasileiro que mais exporta para a Argentina e o segundo que mais importa, atrás apenas do Rio Grande do Sul.
A ministra argentina demonstrou interesse em projetos de infraestrutura, especialmente em possíveis acordos de cooperação nos setores de energia e hidrovias para facilitar o comércio no Mercosul.
“Esperamos que, com o crescimento da Argentina, possamos avançar ainda mais em nossos acordos e parcerias comerciais e econômicas com São Paulo e o Brasil nos mais diferentes setores”, disse a ministra Diana Elena Mondino.
Já o Governo de São Paulo apresentou o portfólio de concessões, leilões e parcerias estaduais – na próxima sexta (19), o Estado conclui a privatização da Empresa Metropolitana de Águas e Energia (Emae) na B3.
“São Paulo representa 30,1% de todo o comércio bilateral entre Brasil e Argentina. Nosso objetivo é seguir avançando nas parcerias estratégicas e fortalecendo o comércio exterior paulista”, ressaltou o secretário Lucas Ferraz. Em 2023, a Argentina foi o destino de 9,4% do total das exportações paulistas.
