PREVINI recebe certificação de boas práticas em gestão pelo terceiro ano consecutivo
O Instituto de Previdência dos Servidores Municipais de Nova Iguaçu (PREVINI) teve renovado seu Certificado Pró-Gestão RPPS, programa que reconhece as boas práticas de gestão dos Regimes Próprios de Previdência Social (RPPS). A celebração da manutenção do nível III na certificação, a terceira consecutiva, foi anunciada nesta terça-feira (28).
O reconhecimento veio após uma auditoria realizada pela ICQ Brasil. Com isso, o PREVINI reafirma seu compromisso com a gestão previdenciária exemplar, mantendo-se no segundo maior nível dessa certificação do Ministério da Previdência. Para Jailce Scofano, diretora-presidente do PREVINI, esta é uma conquista significativa para Nova Iguaçu.
“Além de fortalecer a segurança dos servidores, a certificação proporciona credibilidade externa e benefícios internos, contribuindo para uma gestão mais organizada, eficiente e com menor custo operacional”, disse Jailce.
As boas práticas de gestão no PREVINI, baseadas em controles internos, governança corporativa e educação previdenciária, sustentam a qualificação dos dirigentes e a introdução de padrões de qualidade nos processos. Esses pilares garantem a estabilidade na gestão, consolidando avanços e prevendo retrocessos na administração previdenciária.
